Hailing from the scenic Northwest, Todd’s roots run deep in the region where he spent over four decades cultivating his expertise and fostering invaluable connections. In pursuit of new horizons, Todd made a bold move to Florida, strategically expanding the company’s footprint and opening new avenues for growth.

Beyond his role as a dynamic business leader, Todd finds joy in his roles as a devoted husband and father to two wonderful children. His household is a lively one, shared with two cats and a loyal dog who add a touch of warmth to their family dynamics.

Director of Implementation

Ashley heads the Implementation team with precision, focus, and a deep understanding of what it takes to execute seamless service rollouts. Her department is responsible for onboarding new clients, integrating our marketing tools and services, and ensuring a smooth handoff from Sales to Support. Ashley’s team makes sure everything works as promised and fast. With an eye for detail and a process-driven mindset, Ashley ensures that each implementation is tailored to meet the specific goals of the business, laying the groundwork for lasting success.

Stephanie Whitebird

Director of Accounting

Stephanie leads the Accounting department with a strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and financial integrity. Her team handles all internal financial operations including payroll, vendor management, invoicing, reporting, and budgeting. Stephanie ensures that every dollar is accounted for and that Velocity maintains a clear financial picture that supports confident decision-making. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, Stephanie helps keep our business financially sound and operationally efficient, making sure both our team and our clients are set up for long-term success.

Compliance & Human Resources

Marlon Ortega

Compliance & Human Resources Coordinator

Marlon oversees two key functions at Velocity: internal compliance and team operations. He
monitors company policies and procedures for adherence to state and federal regulations,
supports the development and implementation of HR documents, and conducts daily audits of
sales and client care files for compliance. Marlon maintains employee records and tracking
systems, assists with onboarding new hires, and serves as HR support for employee inquiries.
He generates compliance and HR tracking reports, coordinates payroll data accuracy with
Accounting, and identifies areas for procedural improvement while supporting ongoing training
programs related to compliance and HR best practices.

Jimmy Drummound

Client Care Manager

Jimmy leads our Client Care team with a deep commitment to service, accountability, and long-term client success. This department is responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships beyond the point of sale. From onboarding check-ins and troubleshooting to proactive outreach and account optimization, Jimmy’s team ensures every client feels supported, heard, and valued. Their mission: to turn every interaction into an opportunity to build trust and deliver value. Jimmy brings a unique blend of empathy and efficiency, ensuring that each team member embodies the Velocity standard of care. Under his leadership, Client Care has become a critical pillar of our client retention and satisfaction strategy.

Client Care Specialist

Kim is a dedicated Client Care Specialist who focuses on nurturing relationships with existing merchants while ensuring their satisfaction with our services. In addition to her client care responsibilities, she specializes in billing, providing expertise that helps address any financial concerns promptly and accurately. With a solid background in customer service and merchant services, Kim employs a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support.

Tia serves as a Client Care Specialist, focusing on retaining and enhancing relationships with existing merchants. She excels in resolving concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with our payment processing services. With a strong background in customer service, merchant services, and sales, Tia adopts a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management. Her expertise enables her to effectively navigate processing systems and deliver exceptional support to our clients.
