Before you cancel, here are a few things to consider:

The grass is not always greener on the other side. Give us a chance to resolve the issue, whatever it may be.
  • If it has been an interaction or conversation with your sales representative or a support team member, please ask for a supervisor so we may attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Velocity is a company that takes customer service very seriously, and we want the opportunity to prove so to you.
  • If it is your rates, we have a meet or beat guarantee, and we have many different rate structures to choose from. It is possible that your current rate structure is not the best plan for you. We can work together to find a solution.
  • If this is equipment related, we offer over 200 different pieces of equipment and Point-of-Sale systems. Let’s find the right one for you.
  • If another company is promising you better rates, send them to us and we will match them, without the pain of having to switch to another processor.
Unfortunately, if you do decide to leave our services here at Velocity, you will incur cancelation fees per our contracted agreement. Our goal is to give you the lowest pricing we can from the beginning. If you do not follow the full scheduled term of our contractual agreement, we assess a $495 cancelation fee, as well as the $893.98 that was waived at the commencement of your contract. If another company is promising to take care of your cancellation fees, be leery, at Velocity, we put that in writing for you. Make sure that the other company does for you also, or buyer beware!
If you are in a lease, it is a 48 month term, or as scheduled per your contract, and cannot be terminated or cancelled, despite what the new company may be promising. If they are trying to sign you up for another lease, it is unlikely you will save money by switching from Velocity as you will in all likelihood now be stuck in multiple equipment leases. The only way that you will not incur these fees is if the other company would be willing to pay the nearly $1,400.00, or more, to buy you out of our current contract.
And lastly, we do want the chance to make this right. Give us the opportunity to do so and we will save you time, money, and a huge headache from the process of switching vendors.
